I’m Darren – Leader, Coach, Dad.

I am dad to two amazing girls, and husband to a beautiful wife.

I currently lead a specialized third-party pension and benefits administrator and I spend much of my spare time coaching youth sports.

I am fascinated by the lessons I can transfer between running a business and working with youth. Getting better at one helps me get better at the other, and that motivates me to keep growing, learning and exploring leadership development and coaching.
