Over the past few years my work has centered around leading teams focussed on transformation and modernization in benefits service delivery and member/customer service. This has helped me understand and learn to manage the barriers and mitigation strategies to get things done in a large multi-stakeholder environment.
As my career has developed I have become keenly interested in the power of storytelling and the importance of both authenticity and vulnernability in drawing stakeholders in to work with you towards a common goal. I’ve also developed an interest in building and shaping teams, developing organizational culture and championing change management. There is usually a book on my night stand that deals with one of these topics.
