My Message
Impact does not come from our role or title. It comes from how we treat people – how we we build them up, how we support them, and how we share. As a business leader, youth sports coach, and father, I am passionate about having a positive impact on the teams and individuals with whom I work.
Background
I love leading change. I’ve held a number of roles in the benefits industry, each with a common link: leadership of transformational projects that improve systems and services for the customer.
Experience
I have developed and launched new initiatives which have dramatically improved programs and services for thousands of British Columbians. I am currently working on modernizing pension and benefits service for a large union plan.
Leadership
As a leader, I stay true to my values. I bring authenticy, transparency and empathy into my work. I lead from the front but will not hesitate to jump in to support. I am keenly aware the success of a leader comes from a strong team. We can accomplish more together.
Coaching
My journey onto the pitch started with my children. As they have grown so have I, and I now coach in team, skills academy and school settings. I enjoy sharing the fine detail of technique, helping build strong teams and most importantly appreciate the opportunity to have a positive influence on young lives that extends far beyond the field of play.
